Refund Policy

We take every order seriously. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right — within the limits of this policy.
1. What We Do Not Refund
- Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, the delivery fee (₦300 standard or ₦400 express) is not refundable regardless of the outcome.
- Orders where you simply changed your mind after payment confirmation.
- Orders that were delivered to the correct hostel and room as specified at checkout.
- Partial orders where you added incorrect delivery details.
2. What We Will Refund
- Items that were clearly missing from your delivered order (must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery).
- Orders that were never delivered due to our error — full refund including delivery fee.
- Duplicate payments made in error (e.g. charged twice for the same order).
- Orders cancelled before our runner picks up the food (while status is still "Confirmed").
3. Substitutions
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you before making any changes. Your substitution preference set at checkout will be followed. If a substituted item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your wallet.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via the in-app support chat immediately after your order is delivered.
- Or WhatsApp us at +2347050350767 with your Order ID and the issue.
- Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours and credited to your MyCampusCravings wallet.
5. Wallet Refunds
All approved refunds are credited to your MyCampusCravings wallet balance. We do not process refunds to bank accounts except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
